Hey Divas!

Heyy, I’m Aiyana! I’d describe myself as a kindhearted, silly, and hardworking actor, singer, occasional mover, and overall creative. I am proud to be from beautiful San Francisco, though I am now based in New York City. I have been performing for as long as I can remember. Growing up I would create my own shows and perform them during my parent’s parties - I would announce“Hey Everybody! Wanna see a show?” I grew up doing theatre all over the Bay Area, including studying at the American Conservatory Theatre’s Young Conservatory. I also received a foundation in Classical Voice from the Ruth Asawa San Francisco School of the Arts. I then made my way to NYC, graduating from The New School’s School of Drama with my B.F.A. in Acting, where I took additional vocal classes within the Mannes School of Music. Since graduating I have been auditioning, seeing shows, and performing as much as I can. I have been a part of various new works and readings at places like The Tank, Spark Arts Festival, and The Center at West Park, as well as frequently performing in cabarets at the Greenroom 42 and 54 Below. When not performing, I work as a Drama and Voice Teaching Artist for young creatives. Theatre has always been my safe space and it has been a joy to create that environment for the next generation. I am so grateful for my journey so far, and am excited for what is yet to come!
